Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Development Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering within the Shipbuilding and Marine Technology sector, working on exciting projects for major industry developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning of complex energy supply and marine technology systems, independent development and construction of operating equipment, and the integration of electronic and mechatronic systems. A core focus is on the design, procurement, and conceptual comparison of electrical energy generation and distribution systems, balancing both technical feasibility and commercial viability. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and knowledge of S7 PLC control, EPLAN, electrodesign, and EMC testing is highly desirable. The position offers a permanent contract, high flexibility with up to 50% mobile work, and opportunities for professional growth.
