Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist to join a leading E-Health IT solutions provider experiencing significant growth. The successful candidate will be a key part of the 1st and 2nd level support team, providing remote assistance to IT users across Germany. Daily tasks include supporting approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients, offering application support for Microsoft and Office 365, and managing Cisco VoIP systems. The position requires independent handling of IT incidents and requests, meticulous documentation in a ticketing system, and active participation in IT user administration, installation, and central software distribution. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training or equivalent professional experience
Experience
- Completed IT training or several years of professional experience in IT Support
- High team orientation and strong service and customer focus
- Very confident handling of Windows 10 and MS Office 365
- Good knowledge of installation and administration of mobile devices
- Experience in client and printer installation and configuration
