Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for employees regarding all IT technical issues and inquiries, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include the setup, configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware (workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software. You will manage support requests efficiently via a ticketing system, perform necessary updates, and actively participate in IT projects and technology rollouts. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent qualification, coupled with foundational knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and networking principles (TCP/IP, WLAN).
