Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Metrology Technician to join a leading technology partner, focusing on quality assurance within the demanding aerospace sector. The core responsibilities involve planning and programming measurement routines using CAD models and technical drawings, specifically utilizing Zeiss CALYPSO. Daily tasks include inspecting manufactured components against specifications, measuring surface finishes and hardness using specialized systems, and generating detailed measurement reports. The technician will also perform statistical evaluations for production-accompanying tests and coordinate measurement strategies, capacity, and scheduling with production teams, customers, and suppliers. Success requires a relevant technical qualification (Technician or Master level) combined with multi-year professional experience in metrology, particularly programming CMMs, and proficiency in German and English.
