This position is crucial for linking technology and users, focusing on providing excellent IT support for clients, primarily within the automotive industry. Day-to-day tasks involve handling, analyzing, and resolving IT disruptions within 1st and 2nd level support, providing technical assistance to users both remotely and on-site, and managing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of essential hardware and software components. You will meticulously document all incidents and solutions in the ticketing system, actively support IT projects, and assist in the introduction of new systems and technologies. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training and consulting users on IT-relevant topics, collaborating closely with other IT departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or holds a comparable qualification, coupled with initial experience in IT support. Success requires strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, network administration, hardware configuration, high service orientation, and fluent German skills.
