IT Service Manager | IT-Servicemanager (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves managing and optimizing IT service delivery, specifically within the demanding automotive sector. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for the planning, control, and monitoring of IT service projects, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. A core function is the coordination and optimization of IT service processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include advising internal and external clients on IT-relevant matters, analyzing service performance for continuous improvement, and contributing to the development of new IT strategies. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, have several years of professional experience in IT Service Management, and demonstrate fundamental knowledge of ITIL and other service frameworks. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication and project execution.
