Job Summary

This role is for an innovative Technician specializing in Building Automation, joining a dynamic team at FERCHAU Rosenheim to work on pioneering projects for leading companies. The core responsibilities involve the programming, parameterization, and fine-tuning of building automation systems (BAS) according to technical requirements, ensuring seamless operation. You will independently handle the installation, commissioning, and functional testing of technical building equipment, alongside creating and maintaining electrical schematics and documentation using tools like ProPlan and EPLAN. A key part of the job is analyzing building-specific needs, selecting appropriate technical components, and developing efficient system concepts and control strategies. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an Electronics Technician, ideally with further training as a certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, possesses practical experience in BAS, and is proficient in automation software such as Siemens S5/S7/TIA Portal and TwinCAT. Strong technical interest, a structured work approach, and excellent German and English skills are essential for success.
