Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a technology consultancy focusing on complex electrical and automation engineering projects for high-profile clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating comprehensive electrical design documentation, including circuit diagrams and P&ID plans using EPLAN, alongside developing PLC and HMI software specifically for Siemens S7-300 and S7-1500 systems. The engineer will also be responsible for planning robust Ethernet networks, generating necessary risk assessments, creating operational documentation, and supporting sales efforts through technical quoting. A key aspect involves supporting the testing department and performing on-site commissioning at customer locations, requiring occasional travel. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of relevant professional experience, expertise in EPLAN and PLC systems, and a formal background in Electrical Engineering. This position offers an unlimited contract and the opportunity to contribute ideas and take responsibility in challenging development projects.
