Job Summary
This role involves planning, leading, and executing projects focused on laboratory diagnostics and customer-related services, specifically within the Bernburg location. The Project Manager will coordinate interdisciplinary teams across departments like Laboratory, Customer Service, IT, Quality Assurance, and Sales. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing lab and service processes, managing resources and timelines, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners. The position also supports the implementation of service expansions and digital solutions (e.g., reporting portals, interfaces) and assists Customer Service with complex escalations.
