Job Summary

This Expert Solution Advisor role focuses on SAP’s Human Experience Management (HXM) portfolio, serving as the primary expert for SAP SuccessFactors and related HXM solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and qualification through post-sale adoption, ensuring customers expand their HXM footprint and achieve measurable value. The advisor will deliver standard and tailored, persona-based demonstrations to key stakeholders like CHROs and HR COEs, showcasing value across Core HR, Talent, Time, and Payroll. A successful candidate brings several years of experience in Solution Advisory within the HXM/HCM space, deep hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors components (including Employee Central, Talent, and Payroll), and a strong understanding of cloud delivery models and HR data privacy.
