Job Summary

This crucial role involves serving as an IT Analyst within the Chancellery of the Hamburg State Parliament, focusing specifically on the project to introduce the Hamburg Lobby Register. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing legal requirements derived from the Lobby Register Law, designing the conceptual framework for software creation, and defining the application and system architecture in close collaboration with the IT department. The analyst will be responsible for creating detailed requirements and tender documents for external IT service providers, steering the technical implementation, and ensuring thorough documentation. Furthermore, the role requires managing the testing process and overseeing the transition of the software solution into live IT operations. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Informatics or a comparable field with a focus on IT and Software Development projects. OR equivalent skills and experience. Must possess qualification for Civil Service Career Group 2, second entry-level office (General Services), or be eligible for Career Group 2, first entry-level office.

Experience

  • Professional experience in software development projects and integration into IT operations (Preferred)
  • Professional experience in managing project groups with internal and external stakeholders (Preferred)
  • Practical experience with IT tenders (Preferred)
  • Practical experience with agile project methodologies (Preferred)
