Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the company's full compliance with all tax regulations and laws, focusing on optimization and continuous development of tax-relevant processes. The specialist will conduct tax audits, perform risk assessments, and implement robust compliance guidelines and procedures. Key responsibilities include advising various departments on tax law issues, handling specific tax legal inquiries, and collaborating closely with external consultants and tax authorities. You will also assist in preparing tax returns, calculations, and annual financial statements for domestic group companies, and support tax accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Tax Law or Insurance, and possesses relevant practical experience in tax or compliance. Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Excel and analytical tools like SAS, is essential for success in this challenging and responsible environment.
