Job Summary

This role as a Specialist for Digitalization and Innovation places you at the heart of Germany's leading real estate association, the ZIA (Central Real Estate Committee). Based in Berlin, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital future and innovation agenda for approximately 37,000 companies across the entire value chain of the real estate sector. Your daily work will involve coordinating initiatives, developing strategic positions on digital policy, and advocating for the industry's interests on both national and European levels, including within the Federation of German Industries (BDI). Starting March 15, 2026, this full-time position requires strong expertise in digital transformation and policy advocacy.
