Job Summary

This role involves managing the entire metering data lifecycle for intelligent metering systems and remotely readable meters across electricity, gas, water, and heating sectors. The Metering Data Manager will be crucial in daily operations, focusing on central metering data management systems, data plausibility checks, and substitute value creation according to regulatory standards (Metering Code, G685). Key responsibilities include overseeing and developing monitoring systems for daily load profile data transmission to market partners, continuously processing market communication and data exchange processes (MSCONS, QUOTES, ORDERS, etc.), and ensuring timely compliance with quality objectives. This position requires a strong focus on the digitalization and automation of metering data processes, project involvement within the metering point operation, and managing internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Informatics/Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with high IT affinity and experience in handling large data volumes.
