Job Summary

This role involves joining the finance department of a leading shipbuilding group, reporting directly to the CFO. The Tax Consultant/Manager will be responsible for independently analyzing and assessing national and international tax law developments concerning direct and indirect taxes. Key duties include managing all tax-related issues for domestic and foreign group companies, supporting operational departments, and reviewing national and international project contracts from a tax perspective. A major focus is the conceptual handling of tax issues to optimize national and international project structures. The successful candidate will coordinate external tax advisors globally, contribute to international transfer pricing documentation, and assist with tax audits. This position requires strong expertise in international tax law, a structured work approach, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
