Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a technically-minded professional who thrives on variety and hands-on work in property management. The Building Management Technician will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of various properties. Key daily tasks include conducting regular inspections and controls, identifying and eliminating defects, and performing minor maintenance and repair tasks directly. A significant part of the role involves coordinating external craft and technical companies, scheduling maintenance appointments, and actively contributing to maintenance planning. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in a skilled trade and initial professional experience, ideally with knowledge in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Sanitary, or Electrical systems. This role requires a structured, organized, and independent work style, along with a strong sense of quality and reliability, ensuring all operational and official requirements are met.
