Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic IT Support Specialist to join a leading provider of Intralogistics software solutions, focusing on optimizing warehouse and logistics processes. This role involves working as an IT all-rounder within the support and maintenance team, primarily handling 1st and 2nd-level support for internal IT components and Cloud systems, and occasionally supporting customer IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include detailed error analysis, managing user tickets, performing client management (PC/Notebook setup, software installations), and administering user rights (AD/Azure AD, M365, MFA). You will also contribute to technical operations like patching, monitoring, and updating documentation, acting as a crucial interface between users and the development team.
