Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks an experienced and qualified Trainer/Instructor to lead practical, inter-company training programs in Hydraulic Engineering at a vocational training center in Kerpen. The role involves delivering instruction, serving as the primary technical point of contact for apprentices, and actively contributing to the continuous development and refinement of training curricula. A key focus will be integrating digital tools and resources into both initial and continuing education programs. The ideal candidate must possess a Master Craftsman, Foreman, or Technician qualification, coupled with a Trainer Aptitude Certificate (AEVO), and demonstrate strong pedagogical skills, enthusiasm for working with young people, and excellent communication abilities to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
