Job Summary

The Technical Product Performance Lead will be the chief engineer responsible for merging and leading the company's existing Test and Support departments into the new "Product Performance Center," managing a team of 10 engineers. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring customer orientation is central to all products and services. Day-to-day duties include closely collaborating with clients to understand requirements, overseeing customized application tests, providing technical assistance for dispensing and integration issues, and developing training materials. The Lead will also manage the organization of test laboratories and systems, refine existing test and service reporting systems, and foster close communication with R&D and Sales departments. Key qualifications include a degree in Engineering (Precision Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering), extensive experience in dispensing technology, rheology, and measurement/control technology, along with proven leadership and project management skills. Excellent German and English communication abilities are essential for success in this global role.
