Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated (Senior) Business Intelligence Consultant to drive continuous transformation within German companies and public authorities by managing large data landscapes. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of BI systems, from gathering functional requirements in workshops and acting as the interface between business departments and IT, through to final reporting. A core focus involves designing and modeling Data Warehouse backends, optimizing existing ETL processes, and conceptualizing new data pipelines to integrate diverse data sources, utilizing tools like Innovator. To succeed, you must possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and bring 3-5 years of experience in agile BI or Data Warehouse projects, coupled with expertise in event-based interfaces, particularly Apache Kafka, and strong SQL skills.
