Job Summary

This role seeks a highly structured and technically adept Project Controller and Agile Coach to manage the technical and methodological steering of the web-based application "MeinLeistungsCheck (MLC)". Operating within an ESF-funded project focused on social impact, you will be responsible for structuring the iterative development process using lean, Kanban-oriented approaches, ensuring transparency and efficient workflow from conception to consolidation. A core function involves translating complex functional requirements into clear, technically feasible task packages for the development team and managing the central GitHub ticket and backlog system, prioritizing issues and tracking dependencies. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in Computer Science or equivalent, coupled with several years of experience steering software development projects and profound knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a project with significant social relevance, offered on a 40% part-time basis (16 hours/week) with flexible hours and a strong commitment to remote/hybrid work.
