This role involves taking complex responsibility for the technical management and maintenance of building systems, primarily within hotel, holiday, and mixed-use properties managed by DSR Asset Management in Rostock. The Technical Property Manager will oversee the planning of maintenance, repairs, and inspections, manage procurement, and lead teams of in-house technicians. Key responsibilities include technical object analysis, detailed reporting, coordination of construction and technical measures, and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and budgets. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in electrical or supply engineering (Master, Bachelor, or Technician level) and possesses initial experience in cross-trade property management. Success in this role requires strong negotiation skills, proficiency with CAFM systems for documentation and fault management, and the ability to work independently and structuredly while maintaining high-level client communication.
