Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary internal contact for all hardware and software inquiries, providing essential first-level support, and managing the organization's IT infrastructure readiness. Key responsibilities include resolving or escalating incoming support requests via a ticket system, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and actively troubleshooting system landscape disruptions. The specialist will also be crucial in installing and maintaining client-side IT equipment, managing telecommunications technology (such as phone systems and mobile devices), and driving continuous process optimization within IT services. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT vocational training or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and Office applications, coupled with initial experience in network and system administration.
