Job Summary

This role is for an innovative Product Manager to actively shape the digital transformation of the customer dialogue center and Commerzbank AG, focusing on Digital Banking trends. The core responsibility involves leveraging expertise in Cloud Technologies and Generative AI to technically advance the Conversational AI platform, specifically focusing on Chatbot, Voicebot, and Agent Assist solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and implementing cloud-based architectures, ensuring their seamless integration into existing IT landscapes, and securing technical operations while adhering to legal and corporate information security guidelines. The ideal candidate is an engaged team player with a background in Computer Science or a comparable field, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluent in both German and English.
