Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive system administration within a versatile healthcare environment, focusing on maintaining and evolving the IT infrastructure for Schön Klinik Bad Arolsen. The System Administrator will be responsible for the continuous development and administration of Windows 11 and Windows Server (2016+) environments, including Active Directory and associated sub-services. Key daily tasks include providing 1st-level IT support (remote and on-site), managing telecommunication systems, and actively participating in IT project planning and execution. A critical component of the job is maintaining system stability by monitoring performance, managing the Cisco network environment, and optimizing the VMware infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, at least two years of professional experience, and proficiency in both German and English, ensuring smooth operations and reliable technical support across the organization.
