Job Summary

This role is central to the development and GMP-compliant production of high-quality modified oligonucleotides, peptides, and conjugates used in innovative diagnostic assays, including PCR and sequencing. The successful candidate, an expert in organic and solid-phase chemistry, will execute production orders within a GMP environment and actively support the team in process optimization and implementation. Key responsibilities include handling deviations (CAPAs, OOS), leading process improvements, managing scale-ups and changes, and creating/revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records (HVen). Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent professional qualification in Chemistry, along with substantial practical experience in organic chemistry, analytical/preparative chromatography, and ideally, knowledge of GMP production settings.
