Job Summary

This role involves managing and coordinating all necessary public law approval and permitting procedures for a major grid expansion project within a leading European transmission system operator. The Permitting Planner will be responsible for creating complete work packages, preparing, guiding, and controlling complex authorization processes (such as Plan Approval Procedures and BImSchG). Key daily activities include steering internal and external service providers, managing interfaces between internal disciplines (Easement, Servitudes, Crossing Management), and conducting critical information and consultation meetings with authorities, citizens, landowners, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Environmental Science, Spatial Planning, or a related field, possesses professional experience in managing permits for large infrastructure projects, and demonstrates strong project management and interdisciplinary thinking skills. High mobility and a team-oriented approach are essential for success in this challenging and impactful infrastructure role.
