Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Construction Technician or Road Construction Engineer, with or without prior professional experience, to serve as a driving force in the preparatory and administrative aspects of construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include crucial work preparation, coordinating personnel, machinery, and materials in alignment with internal cost and schedule plans, and performing detailed mass calculations for project estimates. The successful candidate will also be involved in on-site activities such as conducting and documenting surveying work, creating measurement sheets, and performing site inspections. Office duties include drafting tenders and collaborating with site management on selecting suppliers and subcontractors. A key focus is ensuring the financial success of projects through timely billing and post-calculations. This position requires a technical education (HTL, FH, or equivalent), strong IT skills, a Class B driving license, and offers a stable, supportive, and family-oriented work environment.
