This role is ideal for a skilled Electrical Engineering Technician ready to take on operational management and hands-on maintenance within an internationally successful company. The core responsibilities involve independently conducting troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and inspection work across all electrical systems. You will serve as the technical point of contact for clients and tenants, manage appointment coordination with subcontractors, and ensure meticulous documentation, protocol creation, and warranty tracking. The successful candidate must possess a completed education in Electrical Engineering, preferably relevant professional experience in Facility Management, and strong German language skills.
