Job Summary

This role is a central component of the production team, ensuring stable operations, reproducible quality, and continuous optimization within a modern manufacturing facility focused on high-purity specialty chemicals and food additives derived from beech wood. The specialist will independently manage and monitor automated formulation plants, actively adjusting process parameters to address deviations, and strictly implementing production recipes according to schedule. Key responsibilities include rigorous quality control, ensuring food-safe filling, and maintaining strict compliance with work safety, hygiene, and Quality Management (QM) standards. You will also analyze current procedures, propose concrete improvements, and collaborate closely with the laboratory and development departments to standardize processes. Ideal candidates possess completed training as a Chemical Technician or equivalent, several years of production experience (ideally in a Food or GxP environment), and a strong affinity for automated systems and digital tools.
