Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customer IT inquiries, providing essential technical remote support in a modern Windows environment. Your daily tasks will involve expertly handling incoming customer requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring high service levels are maintained. You will also play an active role in optimizing IT Service Desk processes and coordinating with external service providers. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, proficiency with Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware, along with experience using ticketing systems. It's an excellent opportunity to gain valuable professional experience within a supportive team environment in Frankfurt am Main.
