Job Summary

This critical Program Manager role is responsible for overseeing the 'Software Defined Machine' program, focusing on the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of complex software development initiatives across 12 international sites and 6 divisions (DE, AT, FR, IRL, USA). Day-to-day tasks involve managing the overall program plan, defining milestones and dependencies, and ensuring consistent priorities and interfaces between technical teams. The manager will synchronize software and hardware roadmaps, drive the evolution of SAFe-oriented processes, and establish clear reporting formats for transparent control. A key aspect is fostering collaboration and moderating decision-making processes among diverse expert groups, while also managing the program budget, resource allocation, and implementing robust quality and risk management frameworks. This position requires a strong background in complex software development management, matrix leadership skills, and fluency in both German and English.
