Job Summary

Join BRITA Vivreau GmbH, a leading expert in optimized drinking water solutions and a global hidden champion in filtration technology, as a Field Service Technician. In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire lifecycle of plumbed-in water dispensers across a specific regional area (Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Ludwigsburg, Gießen, Darmstadt, Hochtaunuskreis, Koblenz). Your daily tasks will include the installation, commissioning, regular maintenance (including disinfection and filter changes), and repair of water dispensing units directly at customer sites. Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality standards is your primary goal. Success in this position requires a strong technical background, ideally in mechatronics or gas/water technology, professional experience in technical customer service, and a high degree of reliability, quality consciousness, and willingness to travel within your designated region. You will work closely with the internal service and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
