Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the electrical maintenance team, both technically and disciplinarily, within a stable company environment. The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the timely and complete execution of all breakdown, maintenance, and service orders, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and internal regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and training team members, managing external service providers, and optimizing maintenance plans and intervals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical engineering, further qualified as a Technician or Master Craftsman, and has proven success in initial leadership roles. This position requires excellent technical expertise, strong team orientation, and practical experience with relevant electrical standards (VDE, DGUV) and SAP for materials management, ensuring smooth and safe production operations.
