Job Summary
Join a leading international, family-managed Facility Management group as a dedicated Service Technician specializing in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HKLS/HVAC/R) systems across the Lübeck and Kiel regions. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and operation of building technical systems, particularly within Deutsche Bahn train stations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, performing troubleshooting and repairs on technical installations, managing documentation, and coordinating external subcontractors. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or HKLS, coupled with professional experience and cross-trade technical knowledge.
