Job Summary

This role involves leading and supervising the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems, from site setup through to final completion and handover. The Construction Manager will be responsible for meticulous project planning, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all construction sites. A key focus is on safety management, including enforcing accident prevention regulations, creating risk assessments, and developing project-specific HSE documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering (apprenticeship, Master Craftsman, Technician, or degree) with significant professional experience, particularly in plant construction and medium-voltage systems. Fluency in German and good English skills are required, along with extensive travel readiness within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for 4-5 days per week. This position offers real responsibility in shaping the energy transition with a focus on sustainable energy storage solutions.
