Job Summary

This Field Service Technician role, based near Leipzig, focuses on maintaining and commissioning specialized ventilation systems within approximately 200km of your home base. You will be responsible for conducting repairs, performing initial system start-ups, and managing technical customer service assignments. Key daily tasks include creating precise work reports and deployment protocols, handling spare parts inventory, and providing technical support and training to colleagues via phone and email, occasionally from a home office setup. The ideal candidate holds a vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics (Master Craftsman or Certified Technician preferred), though recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience in HVAC technology and direct customer interaction is a plus.
