Job Summary

This crucial dual role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support, both onsite and remote, for operations across Germany and Poland. The successful candidate will manage ITIL ticketing processes and ensure seamless coordination with international departments, especially within the context of the French group structure. Key responsibilities include managing Active Directory access rights, performing data analysis for reporting, and leading various software and reporting projects. Furthermore, the role requires active participation in hardware project planning and rollouts, local network and WLAN maintenance, and securing technical prerequisites for mobile work solutions. A strong focus is placed on IT compliance and security, requiring close collaboration with the IT Compliance department in a BaFin-regulated environment, as well as the Group IT Security boards (BISO, CISO). The position requires excellent German and English skills, strong intercultural competence, and a structured, analytical approach.
