Job Summary

This pivotal role as Global Head of IT, based in Remscheid, Germany, offers the opportunity to shape and scale a global IT organization for a company with over 60 years of industry experience focused on innovative measurement solutions connecting the physical and digital worlds. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO/COO and be responsible for designing and executing a scalable Digital Roadmap, modernizing the data and integration architecture, and ensuring stable, secure, and economical IT operations across international subsidiaries (Spain, Italy, UK). Key responsibilities include managing the IT budget, ensuring compliance with standards like NIS2, GDPR, and the EU AI Act, and leading the identification and piloting of initial AI projects for efficiency gains. The ideal candidate possesses a hands-on, digital mindset, strong implementation skills, and deep expertise in Microsoft 365, ERP landscapes, and modern data architectures.
