Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating technical operations within building services, specifically focusing on Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology and Electrical Engineering. The Project Manager will ensure the smooth operation of MCR systems, manage and control subcontractors, and lead necessary repair and maintenance work. A key component of the role is personnel responsibility, overseeing a small team of 2–3 electrical/MCR technicians. The manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining operational, maintenance, and inspection logs, ensuring quality management of all services, and maintaining close coordination with clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in Electrical Engineering or Automation, multi-year professional experience in MCR/Building Management Systems (BMS), and strong organizational and communication skills.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training in Electrical Engineering, MCR, Energy and Building Services, Automation, or Systems Technology, ideally with further qualification as a Technician (Techniker) or Master Craftsman (Meister).

Experience

Multi-year professional experience in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) or Building Management Systems (BMS)
Professional experience in leading and organizing maintenance and repair work
