Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician specializing in heating and heat pump technology, responsible for field services in the Osnabrück area. Day-to-day duties involve performing commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer sites, alongside providing expert consultation. You will be expected to manage spare parts independently, create detailed service reports, and collaborate closely with internal teams like dispatch and sales. A key requirement is participating in rotating daytime on-call duty on weekends. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by a qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician, or extensive professional experience, potentially as a lateral entrant from fields such as mechatronics or electrical engineering. Experience in customer service, installation, and hydraulics is essential.
