This role is designed for a dedicated Service Technician specializing in heating systems and heat pumps, operating across the greater Munich/Dachau region. Daily responsibilities include the full lifecycle of service: commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, alongside providing expert on-site consultation to customers. The technician is expected to collaborate closely with internal teams, manage service reports, and handle spare parts inventory autonomously. A key requirement is participation in rotating daytime weekend on-call duty. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational qualification, ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician certification, or significant professional experience in related fields like mechatronics or electrical systems. Experience in customer service, installation, and hydraulics is essential.
