Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive planning and supervision of electrical building equipment projects, primarily within the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) region of Germany. You will be responsible for executing all phases of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) services, covering concept development, detailed design, tender preparation, construction supervision, and cost control. Key areas include energy and power supply, safety technology, and building management and control systems. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in planning, projecting, and supervising electrical and/or safety systems, alongside excellent PC skills and familiarity with tendering (AVA) and CAD software.
