Job Summary

This two-year fixed-term position is ideal for a skilled Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician eager to contribute to essential water management operations. You will be responsible for the core operational technology (OT) infrastructure, focusing on documentation, installation, and maintenance of network and electrical systems. Key daily tasks include creating and updating technical documentation, commissioning and servicing critical safety components, and ensuring the continuous operation and upkeep of security systems. You will also support internal projects, specifically the implementation of data processing video systems, and manage procurement processes, including evaluating technical quotes. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, expertise in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology, and practical experience with PLC systems, such as Siemens S7. This role requires flexibility, including participation in mandatory on-call duty and weekend shifts, and offers the stability and comprehensive benefits of working within the public water sector.
