Job Summary
This role seeks an engaged Industrial Electrician or Mechatronics Technician to join a team focused on maintaining high-availability production lines in Willstätt. Day-to-day responsibilities center on the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex electrical systems and packaging machinery, including multihead weighers, bag machines, and palletizers. You will be crucial in ensuring seamless production flow by eliminating faults quickly, setting up, and retooling equipment as needed, and actively contributing to continuous improvement processes (CIP) to enhance efficiency and quality. Key qualifications include completed vocational training in a relevant electrical field and professional experience in operational technology, ideally within the food industry. Candidates must have strong knowledge of control and automation systems, possess good German language skills, and be willing to work shifts.
