Job Summary
This role involves supporting operational and strategic personnel controlling within a large municipal hospital group in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. The Personnel Controller acts as a crucial link between commercial requirements for IT systems and technical implementation possibilities. Key responsibilities include developing requirement specifications, defining dimensions, metrics, and KPIs, and actively participating in the further development and validation of personnel reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the digital transformation within personnel controlling, developing data reports and analyses to inform decision-making across the hospital group. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Informatics or Economics with a focus on IT Management, coupled with proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and SQL, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics or Economics with a specialization in Business Informatics or IT Management, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- First professional experience in the healthcare or personnel sector (advantageous)
- Experience with IMB-Cognos Analytics (advantageous)
- Experience with P&I Loga (advantageous)
- Professional handling of BI tools
