Job Summary

This role involves working as an internal Service Technician for Holcim Germany, a company driving innovation in sustainable construction solutions. The primary focus is performing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on modern ready-mix concrete plants across the region. Day-to-day tasks include independently planning and executing preventative and condition-based maintenance, troubleshooting system malfunctions, and handling minor mechanical repairs, such as welding, directly at the sites. You will also be responsible for planning and conducting measurements within the energy management framework and documenting all work results, coordinating regularly with the electro-technical team across locations. This position requires a qualified Electronics Technician, Electrician, or Mechatronics Technician with proven professional experience, particularly in service technology, and strong knowledge of control technology and process automation. The role is a permanent, full-time position offering intensive onboarding and generous annual leave.
