Job Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and resolving technical issues related to freeze-drying systems. Your daily tasks will involve managing customer inquiries and complaints, meticulously documenting cases in the CRM system, and developing tailored technical solutions, often in collaboration with other departments. You will also be responsible for generating quotes and orders in both German and English, including cost calculations, and coordinating installations from planning to post-completion reviews. This role requires proactive management of a knowledge database to ensure efficient troubleshooting and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach, thriving in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or Electrician, further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or comparable technical education with basic commercial knowledge
Experience
- Professional experience in the manufacturing of machinery and equipment in special machine construction
- Experience in automation and programming (advantageous)
