Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest IT outsourcing partners in the financial and insurance sector, focusing on ensuring the robustness of information security measures across the entire organization. The Penetration Tester will be responsible for planning, executing, and post-processing security audits (penetration tests) across FI-TS’s complete technology portfolio, spanning Windows, Unix, SAP, and Kubernetes environments. Key responsibilities include identifying security vulnerabilities, documenting findings clearly for both technical and executive stakeholders, and monitoring the timely completion and sustainability of agreed-upon remediation measures. The ideal candidate must possess a technical university degree, at least three years of experience as an Ethical Hacker or Penetration Tester, and hold a recognized Offensive Security certification (such as OSCP). This position requires strong technical skills in network infrastructure, vulnerability scanning, and scripting for automation, alongside excellent analytical and communication abilities.
