Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT System Administrator responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the company's internal IT infrastructure. Day-to-day duties involve the comprehensive administration of various hardware and software systems, alongside providing essential First and Second Level Support to internal employees. A core responsibility is independent troubleshooting and timely error resolution within the complex IT environment. You will also be heavily involved in system documentation and logging based on ISMS principles, and participate in the planning and execution of system changes. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, bringing strong knowledge in network technology, firewall configuration, software management, and profound proficiency in MS Server/Client environments and Active Directory. This full-time, permanent position requires a careful, independent, and resilient professional ready to manage critical IT systems.
